An adult over the age of 21 must sign for the package when it's delivered.

Orders are shipped by the last week of February (for the Spring Box), May (for the Summer Box), August (for the Fall Box), and November (for the Winter Box).

If you’d like to cancel or pause your order, the cancellation cutoff dates are as follows:

• Spring - 1/31
• Summer - 4/30
• Fall - 7/31
• Winter - 10/31
