Summer 2026

Summer 2026

Peace party people - I’m thrilled to announce that the club is growing and this will be our biggest quarter yet. I’ve been really enjoying seeing your comments and posts. Tag me or the club and I’ll show you some love in return. I jumped through some serious hoops to secure this very special LP for you and the pairing was truly a beautiful experience. Hope you feel it too.

The Wines

Celler 9+ “1r” Brut Nature Escumosos (Catalonia, Spain) NV
Made from 100% Cartoixà grapes blessed by the constant sea breeze of La Marinada, this is as elegant as bubbly gets. Intense and expressive like Bill Evans’ fingers on a Steinway with fine escumosos (bubbles) and notes of white peaches, fennel and lime.

Les Vins De Lavie “Muscadet Primeur" (Loire Valley, France) 2025
A precise, mineral driven Muscadet that is unfined and unfiltered. Granite-rich Melon de Bourgogne that displays the region‘s signature saline lift and pairs well with romance and oysters on the half-shell. A serious wine for unserious people.

Buona Notte “Sant’ Ambrogio Red Blend" (Oregon) 2023
I‘m just gonna say it... this wine tastes expensive. An Italo-Jazz trio of Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah that Saint Ambrose himself would write hymns about. Notes of bright cherry layered with rose petals and a lively acidity that will make any foolish heart glow.

The Vinyl

Bill Evans Trio “Waltz For Debby” (Riverside) 1962
What is it about Bill Evans? Even Gen-Z is obsessed. Perhaps in an era of 24-hour doomscrolling and A.I. slop, Bill Evans is something real and romantic. When Evans recorded this session in 1962, it forever defined what a jazz trio should sound like. Accentuated by the high-fidelity recording quality - the flawless interplay between Bill’s effervescent piano and the bass of 25 year old virtuoso Scott LaFaro (who died tragically 10 days later) creates a rich conversation that dances over the din of patron’s cocktail glasses and chatter.  A perfect balance of quiet introspection and electricity where every choice made is the correct one.
